Steps
1. Your cat may have URI (upper respiratory infection) if he/she reveals any of these symptoms:
Sneezing frequently
Not as active
Mucus in nose
Panting Like a Dog
Clogged Nose
Loss of appetite
Dehydration
2. Take your cat to your vet. He/she can provide him/her an x-ray, and will explain him to medications. Ask any concerns you may have, and always do a follow-up consultation.
3. Keep him/her heated and out of writes. This will help get your cat returning in form.

Pay interest to your cat, if he/she has any of the signs detailed above, take your cat to the animal medical practitioner immediately!
Warnings
If it gets more intense he could have pneumonia and will need photos every day for two or three times. These photos may experience like a get rid of to your cat.
Failure to identify or neglecting these signs could cause the lack of life of your cat.
