Steps
1. Do not eat raw or fresh various foods, and make sure that meals are well prepared. This is especially important if you are expecting.
2. Remove or clean fruits and veggies thoroughly before consuming.
3. Wash your hands soon after handling raw foods, fruits and veggies to prevent growing any possible disease. Worktops and blades should also be cleaned instantly subsequently.
4. Use rubberized safety gloves when cleaning out the trash plate. If you're expecting it may be advisable to ask someone else to do this for you. The trash plate should also be thoroughly cleaned and cleaned out often.
5. Clean up any cat waste as soon as possible. The parasite does not become contagious until 1-5 times after it is shed in a pet's waste.
