Steps
1. Strategy your cat when (s)he is in a relaxed place. (S)he could be sleeping or when (s)he is in his or her preferred identify.
2. Come over to her/him carefully. You don't want your cat to run away.
3. Start the oral cavity carefully so you can see within. The tooth should be white-colored, not yellow-colored.
4. Make sure there are no brownish or dark areas. Those may be oral cavaties, and you should go to the vet if you see some.
5. Smell your pet's breathing. If it odors really bad, that could be a indication of oral issues.
6. Look at the oral cavity. The oral cavity should be light red and a little bit difficult. It should not be any other shade.
7. Examine the gum area. They should be one colour of light red. They also should not be inflammed If the gum area are stained or inflammed, see the vet.
